DEMO AT THE BOOTH:

At the booth, you can experience live demonstrations where Tricloud and Rockwell Automation showcase how Unified Namespace (UNS) and real-time OEE monitoring make production more efficient and transparent. You’ll see live data from a PLC-controlled filling line, real-time OEE from Tricloud, and secure data exchange via MQTT.

Workgroup Meeting: “Digital Production”

On September 4th, SESAM and Tricloud invite you to the next online meeting of the Digital Production workgroup. The focus of this session will be governance in Unified Namespace (UNS) – a key aspect of creating a unified and sustainable factory data architecture.

Tricloud will highlight practical approaches to ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and data maintenance, so the shared architecture remains robust, scalable, and relevant over time. Governance in this context is not only about technology – it is equally about organization, ownership, and collaboration across OT and IT.

The meeting will be an open forum for dialogue and experience sharing among members, where we can jointly explore practical methods, challenges, and solutions related to UNS governance.

Rasmus will provide insights into the use of AI agents and emphasize the importance of context and structure in a fragmented data landscape.

11:00 – A MES/UNS Proof-of-Concept Using Claude AI for Coding
Morten Hechmann Ekdahl & Rene Christensen, MedTech Industry
Morten and Rene will share experiences from a MES/UNS proof-of-concept architecture, where the broker acts as an integration layer between ISA-95 modules (Definition, Dispatching, Execution, Data Collection, Tracking) via request/response. The solution was developed using Vibecoding, with Claude as a code assistant.
